Option 1 include a two year warranty on the satellite tracking device, two years of data collection and life-time data storage on the TracetecFleet servers.

 

**   Monthly Services include the following:

• Server data processing / storage
• (Maintain server-side socket and data structures to place GPS Data into a date-stamped table)
• Map Image (as URL)
• (ASP code resident within WEB page receives string from server, posts to MapIT and receives URL)
• Google Earth Route Travelled - Data link to export to Google Earth route display function included

 

TracetecFleet Satellite Tracking Device Specifications:

• Fleet unit with GPS and Siemens GPRS technology.
• 1m GPS Antenna (MCX connector)
• 1.5m Power leads (12V to 24V permanent supply required)
• 1.5m Ignition-detect lead

Warranty:

TracetecFleet’s tracking devices include a two year warranty against manufacturer defects. Should a unit fail under warranty a replacement unit will be provided within 14 working days of the fault being reported. Warranty does not cover water damage, over-voltage (installer-error or voltage over 30V being applied) or mechanical damage. Should the failure be outside a major centre courier delays getting the replacement to the client’s office may occur.
